Watch Google's GDC 2019 Announcement Here

Watching Google's GDC unveiling is simple, just check in here at 1 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, April 19. Right now, there's all sorts of speculation over what's hiding behind the curtain, including a new console, a streaming service, a gaming controller, and a bunch of potential new Google exclusive video games.

A photo of the never-before-seen Google gaming logo was first tweeted by 9to5Google inside San Francisco's Moscone Center where GDC is taking place this week. A Google employee confirmed that was the new logo for what was set to be announced this week, but declined to say if it was an "S". "Don't really want to get copyright claimed to hell". While there's little official information available regarding the announcement, persistent rumors describe the event as the launch of a game streaming service-offering to a wider audience the technology behind their October 2018 Project Stream test, which enabled graphically-intensive games through the Chrome browser with computing power handled by remote servers. The design is nothing out of the ordinary sporting dual analog sticks, four buttons and a d-pad along with two shoulder buttons and two triggers. At this week's Game Developer's Conference, Google is expected to show off their streaming service that uses nothing but your PC, a decent online connection and their fancy controller to play games.

Fisker relaunches Tesla rivalry with $40k electric car
After the EMotion sedan, the SUV will be the second ambitious product from Henrik's newly formed company called the Fisker Inc. The sculpted SUV will be offered with all-wheel drive with two electric motors, one in the front and one at the rear.

Some of Google's attendees at its GDC 2019 keynote include the likes of Ubisoft and Id Software.

On the more relaxed side, Project Stream will allow you to pause the game on an area where you're stuck, identify the section and find a relevant tutorial for you. If that's the big announcement, Google will still have some convincing to do. You might be able to buy a game directly from a YouTube ad. Let us know via the comments.
