Bryce Harper Injury: Phillies Star Leave Game After Getting Hit By Pitch

This is not a sight you want to see from the Phillies' $330 million man. Bryce Harper left the Phillies' spring training game Friday against the Toronto Blue Jays in the sixth inning after taking a 96 miles per hour fastball to his right ankle. "Just trying to keep the swelling out, things like that".

Harper was checked by a trainer, limped toward the dugout with assistance and soon hobbled toward the clubhouse.

"The first time I really got hit on the ankle bone", Harper said.

Harper finished the day 0-for-2 with a strikeout and a groundout. The right-hander allowed two runs, four hits, three walks and struck out two during a 64-pitch outing. They got themselves back in counts. Nola will make his next start in a minor league game and throw 90 pitches.

Zinedine Zidane: Returning Real Madrid manager 'counting' on Gareth Bale
Zidane was brought back after Real's season pretty much ended following their 4-1 humiliation by Ajax in the Champions League . During his comeback presentation Zidane revealed he is already looking ahead for next season and said changes are necessary.

According to Kapler, Vecere was going to Kenya for the United Nations Environmental Assembly.

The acquisition of Harper was the completion of what's been a pretty busy offseason for a now-loaded Phillies team - which also inked J.T. Realmuto, Andrew McCutchen, David Robertson and Jean Segura to deals.

"Matt was passionate about getting air and water filters to underprivileged communities and had a particular love for Haiti after doing work there over many years", Kapler wrote.
