Conor McGregor Arrested In Miami For Reportedly Smashing Fan's iPhone

The 30-year-old has been charged with felony strong-armed robbery and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

According to TMZ, McGregor didn't like that the fan was trying to take a photo of him outside of the hotel.

Police said McGregor picked up the phone, valued at US$1000, and walked away with it.

Police told the Herald that there is surveillance video of the alleged incident and that they made a decision to arrest McGregor after investigating.

Conor McGregor has been arrested again, this time for allegedly smashing & stealing a fan's phone in Miami Beach on March 11. "Mr. McGregor appreciates the response of law enforcement and pledges his full cooperation".

Last April, McGregor was involved in an incident backstage at UFC weigh-ins when he attacked a van carrying fighters and officials.

"They stormed the building, got down to the loading docks where the fighters were getting on buses and started to attack the buses with trash cans, dollies", UFC President Dana White said after the bus attack. He recently completed community service in Brooklyn for that incident.

The Miami Herald has reported that former UFC featherweight and lightweight champion, Conor McGregor was arrested in Miami, Florida on Monday.

Three members of Nurmagomedov's team were arrested and released after McGregor declined to press charges. The star fighter was booked on Monday evening in a Miami-Dade jail.
