Spotify will come preinstalled on Galaxy S10, S10 Plus, S10E

Should you have picked up a Galaxy S10 this week, you'll be happy to hear that eligible owners are entitled to six free months of Spotify Premium and four free months of YouTube Premium.

There is a bit of fine print to consider for the Spotify offer: As of now, it is only available to Galaxy S10 buyers, but Samsung may add other phone models to the promotion in the coming months. Some Galaxy S10 buyers in the U.S. are reportedly complaining about receiving their phones in unsealed boxes.

Venezuelan minister describes large-scale blackout as act of aggression
President Donald Trump placed sanctions on USA assets controlled by PDVSA, Venezuela's state-owned oil company, on January 28. Venezuelans with chronic conditions liked diabetes searched for ice to preserve their limited supplies of medicines.

Announcing the news on its "For the Record" blog today, Spotify said that the move is the "next step in its strategic relationship with Samsung Electronics" after it became Samsung's "go-to music service provider" in August 2018. They can also make search requests through Samsung's Bixby AI service on their phones, tablets, smartwatches and smart TVs and play results directly off of Spotify. Building on top of the partnership from past year when Spotify became Samsungs official music provider the app will come preinstalled on a bunch of Samsung phones going forward. "This partnership makes it easy for Samsung mobile users to access their favorite music and podcasts on Spotify, wherever they are and however they choose to listen". You'll be able to check out the new Galaxy S10 phones at the event and get a free pedicab to the T-Mobile Signature Store in Times Square to get a new phone of your own.
