Latest Anthem update overhauls the endgame's disappointing loot system

After Anthem launched, players complained the system wasn't forgiving enough and didn't provide an adequate amount of time for anyone to catch up to their teammates before being subjected to a loading screen-which also occasionally caused them to lose out on crucial in-game dialogue or cutscenes. Diablo 3's former senior designer even weighed in on the discussion. To be fair to BioWare, these adjustments immediately seem positive. The crafting material cost for masterwork items has been reduced to 15 from 25.

According to a post on Reddit by Ben Irving, the game's lead producer, BioWare is giving the boot to common and uncommon loot drops for Level 30 and above, reducing your chances of netting rubbish items for your troubles.

The biggest changes, however, all have to with the dreaded inscriptions. If an inscription applies only to the item it's on, meaning it shows a gear icon, it will be useful specifically to that item.

In other words, you should no longer see assault rifles with pistol damage bonuses or any other benefits that doesn't fit the above categories.

Solskjaer gives Manchester United injury update ahead of Southampton
And, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be bouyed by the return of his first-choice striker ahead of their latest Premier League game. United does its job to get back into the top four with a dominant display against a team that has some confidence.

The new update also implements changes to Strongholds. If it doesn't (suit icon), then its benefit will apply to the entire Javelin.

Change: Each item type now has a specific set of inscription options for each of their inscription pools. Whereas previously, inscription pools were generic, now each item type has its own set of inscription options for each of its pools. Generally speaking, primary inscriptions will offer raw damage or survivability bonuses, whereas secondary will alter the item, or Javelin's utility.

These changes will only apply to newly acquired items, and not to items which already exist in your Vault. We're still waiting on solid release times for these changes.
