Ubisoft Offers Tips to Avoid 'The Division 2' Beta Crashes

One of three new Dark Zones will show off The Division 2's brand of PvPvE action, while you can sample the more organized PvP gameplay in a Conflict game mode named Skirmish. "If you are outside the game and receive a game invite from a friend within the game, your client will crash at launch", Ubisoft warns.

Remember, this is a private beta, so to gain access you'll have to have pre-ordered the game or have been lucky enough to be randomly selected to play having signed up online.

If you're a fan of the original Division and want a code for the private beta, there are two ways to go about it.

If you're looking to dive into the first private beta for The Division 2, then you won't have long to wait.

Michael Rice to represent the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest
I want to thank all the artists who made the first ever selection show a spectacular success and all the fans who got behind them. Britain has not won Eurovision since "Love Shine a Light" by Katrina & the Waves triumphed in 1997-before Rice was born.

Note: Each code once redeemed will allow the redeemer to invite three friends to try the beta as well.

Ahead of the launch, Ubisoft released a blog post outlining how there are some problems which couldn't be fixed before the beta's release. Players will experience gameplay at the level cap of 30 and unlock brand new Survivalist, Sharpshooter or Demolitionist specializations. As soon as we're able to confirm that, we will do so and update you here.

The Division 2 Private Beta starts on February 7 4AM Easter Standard Time i.e at the time of writing the servers for the game are up so you can start playing right now.

While a little bit of an eyebrow-raiser, it's likely better for players to know about it going into the Beta and be prepared. The beta will also add extra endgame content on February 8th titled the Invaded mission. Hopefully this weekend will give players a good taste of what to expect and Ubisoft a solid idea of things to iron out before the actual launch on March 15, 2019 on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
