Maurizio Sarri says Chelsea's Gonzalo Higuain is about more than goals

Maurizio Sarri says Chelsea's Gonzalo Higuain is about more than goals

Chelsea agreed a lucrative deal to loan Higuain from Juventus until the end of the season with an option to extend or buy at Sarri's recommendation in January, and the Argentine scored his first goals for his new club in last weekend's 5-0 rout of Huddersfield Town at Stamford Bridge.

Guardiola has previously said that he and Sarri are from "the same school" and that education comes from Sacchi.

"Usually we learn from Arrigo Sacchi", Sarri added. "I want to see him happy, so he has to decide".

"When we have the ball, we have a lot of freedom, not just me but the striker [Gonzalo Higuain] and the right [attacker] Willian or Pedro, so we can move a lot", Hazard told The Times.

"I can hear everything the fans say, 'Come on Hazard!' 'Do some magic, please!' That's why I love to play there".

However, the Belgium worldwide has indicated that he enjoys playing under current Blues head coach Sarri, who is known to favour playing possession football.

"In football, you can be at the top but in three months you can be nothing", said Hazard, who has three younger bothers, all footballers. "We are from a humble family".

"The way I am can be a weakness to be the best player in the world".

"Managers like [Jose] Mourinho, [Antonio] Conte, now with [Maurizio] Sarri want me to score 40, 50 goals a season but can I do that?"

In an interview with French radio station RMC, he stated: "I know what I am going to do".

"It's about everyone. My target is to help the team to win something".

Hazard has contributed 12 goals and 10 assists in 24 Premier League appearances this season.

Premier League giants Manchester United will reportedly step up their chase for one of the most exciting young talents on the European football scene in the summer.

"We respect everyone", says Hazard.
