Moto G7 Power review

Moto G7 Power review

One interesting point to note is that all four G7 series models will runGoogle's latest Android 9.0 Pie OS from the go and support storage expansion via microSD card.

The new Moto G7 comes with a fresh design and new specs, as well as a few features you won't find on high-end Android devices anymore but that are still very much relevant.

Under the hood, you'll find a Snapdragon 632 processor and a 3,000mAh battery which has TurboPower charging for a much quicker refill. Moto G7 Play comes with 13-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel selfie camera. It has a 6.2-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with a scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass.

Though each of the models has a software-powered portrait mode, the G7 should perform better thanks to its secondary depth-sensing camera.

All significant smartphone launches have now passed and as we approach the end of the year, the ten best shake out after more extended usage of each. In a short while after the official launch, Motorola will make the G7 Play available on Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Republic Wireless and Ting. The product description says the Moto G7 offers " elegant design, premium performance" and " all day battery life".

This device arrives with a huge 5,000mAh battery which Motorola is boasting will keep going for over two days on a single charge.

This new CPU is paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of memory, which is not bad for this price. "We designed the moto g7 power with a industry leading 5000 mAh battery, so you can work and play for 60 hours on a single charge.2,6 When you do need to refuel, get hours of power in just minutes with TurboPowerTM charging, so you can get back to doing what you love.2 Enjoy ultrawide views on the stunning 6.2" Max Vision HD+ display and put all that battery life to work enjoying your favorite movies, videos and games. The display still features a similar wide notch as seen on the G7 Play. The G7 Power will then roll out to India in the coming weeks and to North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific in the coming months after that.

The Moto G7 and G7 Plus are the all-singing, all-dancing handsets.

We did get to compare the rest of the phone's features to those of its G7 siblings, however. The 19:9, 6.2-inch display also runs at Full HD+ (2270x1080, for those keeping track) making it the nicest G7 model to actually look at.

The $249 Moto G7 Power should live up to its name with that beefy battery, and it represents a major upgrade in terms of processing power, screen size and camera capability versus the Moto G6. You've also got a 12-megapixel camera with 1.25μm pixels and an LED flash. This one is going to start at $199 in the United States.

The all-new Moto G7 range breaks down as follows ~. Worldwide customers will be able to buy the G7 even earlier as the phone was launched in Brazil and Mexico today. The moto g7 will be available from mid-February throughout Europe.

The G7 is the thinnest of the three at 8mm and here's a good look at the cool chrome edges of the white version. Its powered by the same Snapdragon 632 chipset with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage. The 12 MP dual camera system is equipped with blur effects, Spot Color, Auto Smile Capture and Google LensTM so you can unleash your creativity and interact with the world around you.
