K-pop boyband BTS to present award at Grammys

BTS fans' dream of seeing the K-pop group on the Grammys stage is finally happening.

American entertainment website Variety, quoting sources in a report on Monday, reported that members Suga, J-Hope, Rap Monster, Jin, Jimin, V and Jungkook will present an award at the live show at Staples Center in Los Angeles. It released two albums - "LOVE YOURSELF: Tear", "LOVE YOURSELF: Answer" - which started waves of BTS fever that has swept across the globe, mesmerizing tens of millions of music fans.

BTS' achievement marks the first time a K-pop group has ever been a Grammy nominee, and fulfills a wish member Suga has had since the septet made their debut in the United States.

BTS is going to the Grammy Awards!

Last year, BTS became the first Korean pop group to top the Billboard album charts in the USA, and sold out a concert at New York City's Citi Field.

Skype desktop app gets background blurring in video calls
Select " blur my background ", which will allow you to make yourself the priority of the video and to make the background blurry. A few months after adding background blurring to its Teams tool, Microsoft has brought the same option to Skype on the desktop.

Love Yourself: Tear's nomination in the Grammys serves as a breakthrough milestone in the K-Pop industry.

BTS, which has seen huge global success in recent years, charmed tens of thousands of Singapore fans last month during their sold-out show at the National Stadium.

Nevertheless, the 2019 Grammys will still have many big names performing or presenting awards.

Love Yourself: Tear, which produced hits like FAKE LOVE and Anpanman, cruised to the top of the Billboard 200 chart in May a year ago. Rapper Cardi B, pop diva Lady Gaga and folk-rock singer Brandi Carlile have nabbed key nominations.
