'The Handmaid's Tale' Season 3 Super Bowl Trailer: Wake Up, America

There is no release date for season three of The Handmaid's Tale, but we're hoping that it'll be sooner rather than later.

Hulu has dropped the first trailer for The Handmaid's Tale Season 3, and it's not much of a spoiler that things are getting intense.

"It's morning again in America", the narrator said over instrumental music.

'Wake up, America, ' June announced at the national Mall where the Handmaids have assembled. If you remember, the end of season 2 left off with June deciding to stay in Gilead in order to start some sort of revolution.

The injured people were said to have suffered burns, although their condition is unknown, according to ABC 7 . The video also shows what seems to be a small piece of wreckage from the plane burning in the street.


"Handmaid" executive producer Warren Littlefield told USA Today that the theme of the show's new season is "blessed be the fight", and assured viewers that this next season won't be as heavy as previous ones.

"It's morning again in America", a man's voice declares as propaganda-esque shots of families and babies flash by.

Super Bowl 2019 has seen a number of different adverts and trailers air during the breaks between games as New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams went head to head.

Offred, who was born June Osborne, is one of the women desperate to flee the nightmarish nation to reach safety in Canada. How these relationships will play out in Season 3 is why people keep coming back. The show also stars Yvonne Strahovski, Joseph Fiennes, Alexis Bledel, Max Minghella, and more.
