Demi Lovato deletes Twitter account over 21 Savage backlash

Demi Lovato deletes Twitter account over 21 Savage backlash

"It all went down Sunday night during Super Bowl LIII when the 26-year-old singer tweeted that the best thing about the Super Bowl between the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams was the memes coming out about the super star rapper-born Sha Yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph", according to E!

Demi Lovato has deactivated her Twitter account after facing backlash for memes she posted about 21 Savage, who was arrested over the weekend by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

In a separate message, she added, "F-k Twitter". Demi Lovato was called out by Wale for the 21 Savage meme tweet.

Rapper Wale tweeted in defense of 21 Savage writing, "Why is somebody freedom amusing... I don't get the joke".

She responded to the accusations with the following statement: 'I know that's not a joke. not have I EVER laughed at that.

Kylie Jenner hints at 'baby #2' with photo of Travis Scott
Despite the weather pushing her party indoors, Stormi's special day was still a hoot complete with a rainbow birthday cake. Mainly because she captioned it 'Baby#2?' and it's a photo of her and Travis.

And then finally she declared she was done with Twitter and promptly deleted her account: 'F*** Twitter. "FYI this is the shit I'm laughing at.not the fact that anyone is getting deported", she said in another, referring to the meme itself. A lot of people. "And why are there so many memes about him?" He then added: "SUCCESSFUL BLACK MAN THEY ALWAYS TRY SOME WAY TO BRING US DOWN".

During the Super Bowl, Lovato tweeted, "So far 21 Savage memes have been my favorite part of the Super Bowl", which resulted in a number of tweets criticizing the singer for being insensitive to the rapper's detainment.

Appearing disgusted, the Sorry, Not Sorry crooner took to her Instagram stories to reveal the savage abuse she was receiving.

"Wasn't laughing at anyone getting deported". She shared one such meme, which jokingly implies that the rapper writes his raps with a quill pen, before displaying some of the backlash she'd received in response - a host of tweets making light of her public struggle with addiction. "Sorry if I offended anyone", continued Demi. When she was going through her shit I remember being on the tour bus and Savage said I hope she make it through that shit.

In December, 21 Savage released his second album, "I am I was", which went to the top of the Billboard 200 albums charts, and he has proved a hugely popular figure locally in Atlanta, regularly donating to charitable causes. Literally no one. That's it.
