Filmmaker Krish claims Kangana took undue credit for 'Manikarnika' direction

It is known that there has been exchange of words between Krish and Kangana ever since Krish left and Kangana took over the project.

Krish had also accused Ranaut of cutting down the screen time of supporting actors, including Atul Kulkarni and Prajakta Mali, and blamed her for actor Sonu Sood's exit from the project previous year. Following this, Kangana allegedly wore the director's hat and changed Krish's version of Manikarnika, claiming 70% rights to the making of the film. However, Krish has contested her claims and said that her patchwork did not warrant a director's credit.

Manchester United vs Burnley
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has praised his stars for not giving up in the clash against Burnley at Old Trafford. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reassured Fred that he will get a chance to get minutes under his belt at Manchester United .

After the screenshots went public, Krish came to his own defence and shared his set of WhatsApp conversations with the makers of the film, who backed Krish's claim that Manikarnika had truly been the director's "baby".

He also urged Rangoli to realise her lies before making the issue even worse. Krish said in his tweets that he was speaking out for the sake of young filmmakers, in the hope that they will not have to face humiliation like him in the future. Krish's allegations have been refuted by Kangana's sister in scathing tweets. The editor, who did not get a credit for his work in the film, said many other characters got little screentime and Sadashiv's character (earlier played by Sonu Sood), was also turned insignificant. Waheeda Rehman said about the film, "I was very keen on watching this movie, I had also called her". She asked Krish to explain the texts. Ever since the release, Krish has been speaking to multiple media houses and emphasising that he has indeed worked on most of the film and not received due credit.
