R Kelly risks eviction from Chicago studio

After the series aired, a Facebook page was launched to defend him from the allegations-ranging from exploitation of minors to sexual abuse and kidnapping-by smearing accusers.

Faith Rodgers, one of R. Kelly's alleged victims, claims that Kelly threatened her with retaliation for filing a lawsuit past year against him alleging that he abused her and knowingly infected her with a sexually transmitted disease. The conference was held in advance of Rodgers and Allred meeting with the New York Police Department about her lawsuoit against the singer, which Allred said is pending.

The letter said the singer would demand medical documentation of her claim that he gave her herpes, force her to turn over texts and social media posts, and have "10 personal male witnesses testifying under oath about her sex life".

R. Kelly seemed to poke fun at the illegal marriage when he wrote the song "Age Ain't Nothing But A Number" for Aaliyah back in 1994, which she sang when she was 15-years-old.

In the letter, a person identifying himself as R. Kelly warned a lawyer for the woman, Faith Rodgers, that if she persisted with the suit, she would be "subjected to public opinion".

R. Kelly has denied all allegations of sexual misconduct. During an interview at Coachella, the singer Vince Staples pointed out, "R. Kelly never went to prison, and he's a fucking child molester".

"No woman should be victim-shamed, harassed or retaliated against because she asserted her rights and spoke her truth", Rodgers added.

The woman, Faith Rodgers, and her attorney, Gloria Allred, spoke Monday at a news conference in NY.

Aside from representing Cosby's accusers, Allred has had her hand in many other high profile cases, including but not limited to the O.J. Simpson trial, Mel "Scary Spice" Brown suing Murphy and the Tiger Woods scandal. Allred also said, "Prosecutors in Chicago and Atlanta are also seeking information from potential victims and we plan to offer them our cooperation as well".
