The four organizations are clear nods to Markle's interests and passions, as evidenced by the release in which Kensington Palace announced the news, stating that the 37-year-old "will become Patron of four organisations that reflect the causes and issues with which she has always been associated including the arts, access to education, support for women and animal welfare".

During her visit, Markle also met with animals being cared for by the charity, as well as people who have benefited from the organization's programs.

Meghan waved as she walked into the centre to greet those who work at the charity, which aims to improve the lives of animals and people in the city.

The brunette beauty made her first patronage visit on January 10, dropping by Smart Works to play stylist for the day helping disadvantaged women get ready for job interviews.

Meghan, who is a proud pet owner herself, was given a warm welcome from staff, volunteers and beneficiaries and was even told by one care home resident Peggy McEachrom that she is "such a fat lady" in reference to Meghan's growing bump.

While Pace said the team is "not even close to that point", Nagy confirmed he spoke with Hunt on the phone last week. Bears general manager Ryan Pace was far from committal to that possibility.

The Mayhew is one of the four organisations that the Duchess was recently made patron of.

Meghan paired a maternity dress with an Oscar de la Renta swing coat at Smart Works.

The Duchess's grey marl figure-hugging dress matched the sombre London weather and gave a glimpse of her burgeoning baby bump.

Meghan isn't done for the day yet, with an evening out with The Duke of Sussex still to come, as the couple enjoy a Cirque du Soleil show to raise money for Prince Harry's charity Sentable.
