Mercedes-Benz GLS: What We Know Now

The second-generation four-door Mercedes-Benz CLA will arrive with a sportier design than its predecessor. We're presuming it's only those packing the latest MBUX system, which includes just the 2020 CLA Coupe and 2019 A-Class, but we'll update this story when we find out more.

Technologically advanced, the MBUX Interior Assist-function of the new vehicle now recognises control commands through movements, uses augmented reality for navigation and introduces the Energizing Coach-function providing individual fitness recommendations, and, of course, integrates all other modern technologies offered by the brand.

This sportier CLA offers less headroom than the hatch due to a swoopy roof which dips forcefully from the C-pillars, ending at a slimmer boot that features an altered light cluster design. The rest of the engine lineup is expected to follow the same as of the A-Class.

The CLA is fitted with a decoupled multi-link rear suspension system, and adaptive damping is optional. The largest tyre and wheel combination available will be 225/40 R19 wrapped over 19-inch wheels.

"This is not the only new feature by which the CLA offers a great deal of automotive intelligence".

Kelly is under criminal investigation in Fulton County, Georgia , and it's all because of Lifetime's docuseries . Savage and his wife have said repeatedly that Kelly has kept their daughter from contacting them since 2016.

More engine options as well as an all-wheel drive configuration will be available once the all-new CLA-Class officially goes on sale.

The CLA has the youngest average customers of all Mercedes models, so the firm has focused on a high-tech theme for the interior. The centerpiece for the cabin, and indeed the vehicle as a whole, is the Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX) infotainment system that was unveiled first in the Mercedes A-Class. The dashboard features a centrally mounted touchscreen and no cowl, with a "trench" splitting out the lower section. The cabin lighting is all gesture-controlled, which is quite nifty.

In Europe, Mercedes sold 933,697 passenger cars, 2.3% fewer than in 2017. Now, the drag coefficient is 0.23 which is quite an improvement considering previous version offers 0.22Cd and features significantly larger frontal area.

With regards to styling, the new CLA bears a strong resemblance to the outgoing model, as it still features frameless windows and a sloping rear end, but the auto gets new headlights as well as a new grille.
