Chelsea to report Bayern Munich to Federation Internationale de Football Association over Hudson-Odoi

Maurizio Sarri believes Bayern Munich have not acted in a professional manner during their open pursuit of Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Indeed, Bayern sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic made clear that the club are interested in signing Hudson-Odoi, confirming to reporters on Wednesday that he is on their list of January targets.

"I do like Giroud, he is a very good centre-forward".

Earlier this week, sources told ESPN FC that Chelsea were prepared to report Bayern to Federation Internationale de Football Association if evidence of an illegal approach to Hudson-Odoi or his representatives was found, having been angered by the club's public pursuit of the academy graduate.

Chelsea face Newcastle at Stamford Bridge on Saturday and Hudson-Odoi could feature.

Sarri, who wants to keep Hudson-Odoi in London, said Bayern's comments showed a lack of respect to Chelsea. I don't know anything about the market day by day or minute by minute'.

At the same time, McGluwa says both black and white parents he spoke to insist that this was an isolated incident. Wednesday was supposed to be a joyful occasion for parents as their children started the new school year.

The Blues now occupy the fourth spot on the Premier League table and they need to win this match in order to maintain that gap with Arsenal who sit fifth on the table.

"Me and Callum are close friends", he said. I think that he can do better.

He did say if Alvaro Morata leaves, with loan moves to Sevilla and Atletico Madrid mooted, Chelsea would need a replacement.

Sarri also confirmed that Cesc Fabregas was leaving Chelsea - he is expected to link up with his former team-mate Thierry Henry at Monaco.

"I am happy with the player because is improving, improving a lot in the defensive phase".

Sarri said he was not aware of any approach to Willian, but added: "Of course [I don't want to lose him] because he is really very important. So I think he has to think only about playing because in this moment in Europe there are 300 players involved in the market and they need to think of the next match".
