Apple iPhone XI might have the ugliest triple camera solution so far

Apple iPhone XI might have the ugliest triple camera solution so far

Tipster OnLeaks and Digit India published a bunch of renders yesterday of what might be the iPhone XI, which you can see above and below. Of course, the company could also launch multiple versions of the new iPhone as it did this year with three independent models. The device will be launching later this year, however, its first render leak has already shown up online. There's nothing concrete from Apple's end, but we don't expect much considering how the company likes to keep a low-key even until the day of the official launch, which will take place in September this year.

The new iPhone XI could have three cameras on its rear in a radical new design by Apple, if these leaked renders turn out to be correct. The placement of the three cameras is also something to look out for. Firstly the arrangement of camera sensors, LED flash and what appears to be a microphone is nothing like what we've seen in the Mate 20 Pro.

It is hard to say which variant will carry the three rear cameras. It would have been fine until there, but Apple seems to have made a decision to put an LED flash on top of the third camera and a microphone below it. But Onleaks did mention that the upcoming iPhone (s) is still at the Engineering Validation Test (EVT) stage, which means that this isn't the final design and is subjected to change before the final release. We'll just have to wait and watch if Apple opts for this tacky design for the iPhone XI.

All that camera technology plastered on the back of a sleek, Apple iPhone leads to a super-sized camera bump that we feel will split opinion. It only reveals the top portion of the rear panel with the camera setup.
