Warriors’ Kevin Durant laments giving up 54 3-point attempts to Rockets

James Harden is going through an absolutely outrageous stretch since he shouted "I'm back" against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Harden's miraculous last-second 3-pointer gave the Rockets a thrilling 135-134 overtime victory, but not before a stunningly bad call nearly handed the Warriors the game.

In the closing stages of arguably the biggest game of the year, James Harden hit one of the most hard shots you'll ever see, avoiding the clutches of Klay Thompson and Draymond Green, two of the best defenders the league has to offer. With just three seconds left, Harden pulled up and took a heavily contested 3-point shot over Draymond Green and Klay Thompson and drilled it, giving the Rockets the 135-134 overtime win.

Washington had an interesting 2018 regular season, but finished with a 10-3 regular season record and won the Pac-12 Championship. The 9.7 overnight for the Buckeyes' victory is the highest-rated non-playoff New Year's Six game, overtaking the 2017 Rose Bowl.

After winning the MVP previous year, Harden is making a pretty strong case for a second one. I get to the basket, aggressive, I shoot my shot.Don't foul me on my jump shot. "I don't know if it's slow rotations or just a little laziness with that lead, but when you have a lead like that it's a tough way to go out".

Harden stuffed the stat sheet in general, adding 15 assists and 10 rebounds along with his prolific scoring output. Not to mention Harden's walk-off 3-pointer to win the game. "Just an incredible performance, so give him all the credit he deserves".
