Fourteen-Year-Old Boy Charged With Murder After Crash Kills Woman

A 14-year-old boy has been charged with murder after authorities said an egg prank sparked a high-speed vehicle chase through a Texas intersection that killed a mother.

The 14-year-old boy, who was not identified, and two teenage passengers in the sport utility vehicle (SUV) he was driving "were reportedly throwing eggs at other cars just prior to the crash", Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said on Twitter.

The 14-year-old driver then ran a red light and crashed into another vehicle, killing 45-year-old woman Silvia Zavala, the Harris County Sheriff's Office said.

He was charged with murder and booked into the Harris County Juvenile Detention Center, Gonzalez said.

The teens said the driver who was chasing them flashed a gun, officials said.

Justin Bieber's New Face Tattoo Finally Revealed
The ink professional described it as "really thin and delicate" and said it was located near one of the pop star's eyebrows. Justin recently got a brand new face tattoo and the meaning behind it is too adorable and romantic for words.

Sylvia Zavala was pronounced dead at the scene following the horrific collision which saw her auto flung into a ditch at the side of the road.

According to reports, he told police that the three of them had been egging cars when the man - who fled the scene following the collision - began chasing after them. Authorities said the case remains under investigation.

Surveillance video from a nearby business captured the deadly crash, showing the underage teen as he slammed his tan GMC Acadia into the woman's pickup truck.

"She was about to come home and get her stuff and say bye, and she was about to leave. He took it. And she was the only one I had". "He took my mother's life so he has to pay for what happened".

It's not yet clear whether anyone else will be charged with a crime. "She couldn't say bye", Jessica Gaspar, Silvia Zavala's daughter, said.
