Cher has announced her first United Kingdom tour for 14 years.

The US singer's five shows will be her first live dates in the United Kingdom in more than 14 years.

Over the next five decades, the American singer and actress went on to sell more than 100 million records and establish herself as one of the world's greatest entertainers.

Tickets for the gig go on sale on Friday, December 14 at 10am. Being active since the 60s, Cher has had plenty of time to rack up the accolades including a Grammy Award, Emmy Award, Academy Award along with three Golden Globe Awards and many more for a number of her artistic endeavours.

Toure, 35, joined Olympiakos three months after originally making his mark in Europe with the Greek side during the 2005-2006 season.

The star will perform tracks from her recent ABBA covers album, Dancing Queen, which she released following her appearance in the hit musical Mamma Mia! The album marks the singer's first since 2013's Closer to the Truth and will be supported with the 2019 tour.

She kicks off at the O2 in London on October 20 before heading to Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and Leeds. As well as playing a wide selection of hits from her acclaimed back catalogue, Cher will also treat fans to numbers from her ABBA Dancing Queen album.

Legendary singer Cher has today announced a string of United Kingdom tour dates for 2019.
