Ted Baker Employees Petition Against

News reports that founder of fashion brand Ted Baker, Ray Kelvin, allegedly forced employees to hug him.

The petition, published on the workplace campaign platform Organise, urged the company's board of directors to end this "awkward hugging culture".

The owner regularly makes sexual innuendos at staff, he stroke [sic] people's necks, he took off his shirt on one occasion and talked about his sex life.

Staff at Ted Baker have launched a petition demanding their boss stops "hugging them" as they seek to "expose the reality of harassment" in the organisation.

Ted Baker said it would ensure there was an independent investigation into the allegations.

Anonymous testimonies gathered by the site include several claims that Mr Kelvin massaged, kissed or inappropriately touched members of staff.
