Thus, Apple may be ceding the 5G market to Samsung for potentially a year or more, though it's unclear whether that will provide Samsung with any momentum against the iPhone maker-Apple has historically eschewed supporting new network technologies, at least initially. Over at the rear, the Galaxy S10 Plus comes with a triple-camera setup that's placed horizontally like the Galaxy Note8. How well that design will work in practice remains to be seen, though it's bound to be even less intrusive on the regular Galaxy S10 that's expected to only feature a single front camera and should hence have an even larger screen-to-body ratio.

Samsung is looking to get a first-mover advantage in 5G smartphones, with rival Apple reportedly planning to sit out of the game until 2020.

The most notable of these was said to be a display with curved edges.

The Wall Street Journal also stated the hardware could flaunt a 6.7-inch display and have six cameras in total.

Clemson in 4th playoff draws Notre Dame in Cotton Bowl
While Notre Dame is the first independent team to make the playoff, the Irish went undefeated with 10 wins over Power Five teams. No. 1 seed Alabama (13-0) will face No. 4 seed Oklahoma (12-1) in the other semifinal at the Orange Bowl in Miami.

What do you think of the Galaxy S10 Plus renders? The display hole houses the device's dual front-facing cameras.

Some models of the Galaxy S10 have been rumoured to come with the firm's newly-revealed Infinity-O display that would present Android fans with a device that is both bezel and notch-free.

The Galaxy S10 line is expected to do away with the front-facing iris scanner of Samsung's recent flagships as several sources already claimed it will instead be positioning an ultrasonic fingerprint reader as its primary screen-unlock method, though it's still likely to feature some form of facial recognition support. Unfortunately, there's no information yet on what type of sensors or lenses these cameras will have.

Samsung Nigeria posted a video on Twitter promoting the Galaxy Note9 - one of its flagships for 2018. However, the company made a silly mistake of advertising its Galaxy Note display on Twitter from the iPhone. CNET noted that details on 5G devices have been vague at best.
