DJI Releases Osmo Pocket - Hybrid of Drone and GoPro

Today, DJI has announced a new product called Osmo Pocket.

You may be wondering what makes a camera like this so special, but right off the bat, it's obvious that size and portability was one of the main factors when it came to the design of the Pocket Osmo. Whether its consumer tech or professional gadgetry, DJI's devices are pretty much the most capable and powerful products in the market... so it doesn't surprise me that the Osmo Pocket, a small, nearly toyish gimbal from DJI's latest lineup, is an insanely feature-packed and potent device.

The camera shoots 4K video at 60 frames per second, which is great for a smooth looking video. When turned off, it folds into itself so it can be slipped into a pocket easily. DJI says its goal is to combine its hardware and software to offer an ideal companion for creators who are always on the move, who want something more than what the camera on their smartphone can give them. All of these options can be found in the companion DJI Mimo app for smartphones. Compatible with iPhone XS Max,iPhone XS,iPhone XR,iPhone X, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone SE. The "Story Mode", that stitches together select video clips.

"They don't have the same respect for us that they have for Man City, for example". He's young, incredible potential and it's a pity, an incredible guy.

Wireless Module- The wireless module supports Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth transmission between Osmo Pocket and your smartphone, providing remote access to the camera feed and control of Osmo Pocket; flawless for setting up a Timelapse or Motionlapse on a busy city street. Many more accessories are in the pipeline including a waterproof case and an extension rod. Now though, DJI is bringing this tech to an even wider audience with the launch of the Osmo Pocket.

Dedicated sections were added into the case for your MicroSD card and ND filters so you can quickly grab your Osmo Pocket and know you're ready to capture those moments and adventures.

The DJI Osmo Pocket retails in Australia for AUD $599 and will be available for pre-orders at and DJI Authorized Retailers. This is all in addition to the shooting controls and live viewfinder. With its improved ActiveTrack feature, the camera is capable of recognizing a face and keeps it in the center of the frame.
