Stan Lee Has Passed Away

Lee died on Monday at the age of 95, but his much celebrated cameos likely haven't ended, judging from an interview that "Avengers" co-director Joe Russo gave earlier this year. According to a family lawyer, Stan Lee passed away in hospital in Los Angeles yesterday. He had battled multiple illnesses in the past year, including pneumonia and vision problems. He left the company in 1972 but kept the title of chairman emeritus until his death, and he received production credit on TV series like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Agent Carter, The Gifted, Inhumans, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage. Almost all Marvel movies pay homage to Lee's wit and creativity by including him in cameo appearances.

Lee's stories did more than bring Spider-Man, Thor, The X-Men, Iron Man and so many others to life.

Robert Downey Jr., the man who helped get Marvel movies on the map, added, "I owe it all to you, Rest In Peace Stan".

British actor and Spider-Man star Tom Holland said on Instagram: "How many millions of us are indebted to this guy, none more so than me".

"Stan Lee was as extraordinary as the characters he created", said Bob Iger, The Walt Disney Company CEO, in a statement. Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige had this to say on Twitter about Stan Lee's passing.

Democrat Kyrsten Sinema Wins Arizona Senate Seat
McSally argued that she would protect patients, despite her vote on the bill that would have removed many of those protections. McSally lost her first race in Arizona's 2nd congressional district in 2012, when she was narrowly defeated by Democratic Rep.

Captain America himself, Chris Evans wrote, "There will never be another Stan Lee. And then I go back to my own world".

Lou Ferrigno, who played the original Incredible Hulk, said there were "not enough kind words to post about my dear friend Stan Lee". "The scale of his imagination was only exceeded by the size of his heart". Thank you for inspiring me to think and dream big. His daughter, J.C. Lee, confirmed his death with TMZ.

Past year his hand and footprints were immortalized in cement in the forecourt of Hollywood's TCL Chinese Theatre, alongside his fellow entertainment legends.

Lee helped create numerous world's most recognized superheroes, including Iron Man, the Hulk and the X-Men, during his decadeslong career in the comic book industry.
