Shots fired near Tekashi 6ix9ine, Kanye West video shoot

6ix9ine is rolling around Los Angeles with some pretty heavy security, and we've learned he's actually on his way to shoot a music video with Kanye West and Nicki Minaj.

It was reported that West and 6ix9ine were working on a music video for a new song they are doing together for the latter's forthcoming album.

'God help us!' Pair of California wildfires, spurred by high win
Fire officials have issued evacuation orders for homes in areas of Chico, Calif., which has a population of roughly 93,000 people. Heavy smoke and strong winds hampered visibility for crews on the firelines and residents trying to evacuate fire zones.

Police told the news outlet that they received a "shots fired" call at 10:25 p.m. and rushed to the home. Production on the video was halted. "Our family is safe and close". The 22-year-old rapper, who previously pled guilty to using a child in a sexual performance but avoided any jail time, was arrested in July for allegedly assaulting a 16-year-old at a mall in Houston. He made the confession as part of a "youth offender" plea deal and this case would be closed on good behaviour after two years. The attorney for 6ix9ine has already gone into the defense of his client stating that his probation was not violated as a result of the shooting. Lazzaro did not immediately respond to Variety's request for comment. In July, he told police that he was kidnapped, pistol-whipped and robbed of jewelry, winding up in the hospital. Two men reportedly then got out and forced him into their vehicle, forcing him to call another man to bring him some personal property, which he did, according to authorities. The rapper said the men took an undisclosed amount of jewelry and left.

Authorities said that Tekashi became uncooperative after filing the report and then was admitted to the hospital.
