Dez Bryant to work out with receiver-thin New Orleans Saints

Dez Bryant to work out with receiver-thin New Orleans Saints

Several members of the organization said that they wanted quarterback Dak Prescott to be able to spread the ball around. Boldin had lost a couple steps by then, but he was Joe Flacco's favorite escape hatch because he could box defenders out and high-point catches.

Dez Bryant will face the his old team this season on November 29. He had 69 catches for 838 yards and six TDs last season so it would seem like he has some game left in him.

Bryant, the franchise leader in touchdown receptions, was released just one week prior to the draft by Dallas, and has yet to latch onto a team.

Danny Welbeck given oxygen, stretchered off with serious-looking injury
Welbeck's England and former Manchester United team-mate Jesse Lingard also sent his best wishes through Twitter , saying "Get well soon brother". "We will know [more] about his injury tomorrow".

Michael Thomas is one of the best wideouts in the league and rookie Tre'Quan Smith is emerging as a reliable target, while running back Alvin Kamara and tight end Benjamin Watson have also thrived in this aerial attack.

The three-time Pro-Bowler has been linked to many teams this season from the Cleveland Browns to the New England Patriots, but has yet to sign a contract. The Saints are a balanced offense, but in games where Brees has to be the dominant force, having a guy who can help with quick routes and consistent downfield gains would be a major addition. Veteran Ted Ginn Jr. was placed on injured reserve with a knee injury last month. So there's a little extra incentive for Bryant to sign here.
