Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie face custody trial

The trial scheduled for December 4, will likely behind closed doors and not at a public courthouse, according to the wishes of the two estranged couple.

Brad Pitt decided he won't date anyone until he and Angelina Jolie are done with their divorce and custody battle. The court date comes months after the pair agreed to a temporary arrangement that awarded Pitt more time with his kids.

Judge John Ouderkirk will oversee the upcoming court trial.

Brad and Angelina have had a number of reported disputes and issues over child support since 2016, as the actress allegedly claimed that her ex was not paying "meaningful" child support over the past two years. Jolie and Pitt later became one of the most publicized couples in the American media, and Pitt stood by her side when she made the hard decision to undergo a preventative double mastectomy for her high risk of breast cancer.

Apparently, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt never signed a prenuptial agreement, which could lead to another case with a potential for a legal knife fight should the couple not come to terms over how to split their property.

In the 2016 divorce filing, Jolie had cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce. She sought physical custody of the children. The two are set to appear in court to discuss the custody of their six children right before the holiday season.

Earlier this year, Angelina was ordered by a judge to allow her children to spend more time with their father, or risk losing custody. Both sides have been clear about wanting to prioritize the health and happiness of their children no matter what.
