Vancouver Casino on Drake's Accusation: We Categorically Stand Against Racism

The Parq Casino responded to Drake's claims in a statement, which director of resort marketing Narinder Nagra posted on the Parq Instagram, although they didn't mention Drake by name.

The rapper wrote about his experience at the Parq Casino on Instagram stories - calling out the venue as "the worst run business [he had] ever witnessed".

He says the casino did not allow him to gamble, despite his providing "everything they originally asked" him for.

Aubrey Drake Graham, better known simply as Drake, is a famous rapper and actor. "We are required to adhere to strict regulations with respect to gaming in British Columbia", it said, adding it had made efforts to reach "the customer and his team to discuss the issue".

'Parq Vancouver is sorry to hear about this experience and takes these matters very seriously, ' began the statement.

"We are constantly improving our communications process to ensure that these new regulations are better understood by all guests", he writes.

The Parq Vancouver president - Joe Brunini - has apologised to Drake in a statement, but denied that racism was the reason the rapper was unable to gamble.

Massive search launched for 79 school children kidnapped in Cameroon
Around a fifth of Cameroon's 22 million people are English-speaking - a minority whose presence dates back to the colonial period. The children say they were kidnapped late on Sunday (local time) by the armed men and they don't know where they are being held.

Parq Vancouver's Instagram account was disabled last night.

Fans also took to Twitter to weigh in on Saturday morning.

Drake additionally said the business was unprofessional and called it the "most offensive" place he has ever stayed at in his "life", claiming the staff chose who they were accommodating based on race.

Leave it to his die-hard fans though to fuel his crusade and protect his honor as loyalists quickly ran a muck on the casino's social media page and casino review sites. Parq y'all did this to yourself lol.

It is unclear whether this was an issue in the Friday night incident.

As the Vancouver Sun reports, some of Champagne Papi's 50 million Instagram followers came to his defence, lambasting the casino for its alleged treatment of the rapper by leaving awful reviews on Yelp and TripAdvisor.
