Triumph the Insult Comic Dog roasts Beto O'Rourke, Ted Cruz

Ted Cruz and his Democratic rival, Rep.

Seemingly unfazed by Triumph's reference to President Donald Trump's 2016 attacks on Cruz's wife, the Texas Senator reaffirmed his support for the Constitution and dismissed any concerns about Twitter. He asks the candidate if he's concerned that his young voters think they can vote for him through Instagram, and tries to get O'Rourke to endorse voting twice thanks to the broken voting machines. He describes Cruz's desire to repeal Obamacare as something that could potentially kill "way more people than the Zodiac", emphasizing the "way more" again and again so many times that the Cruz supporters chuckling at his joke (but still supporting Cruz) have to actually think about it.

Robert Smigel, as Triumph, has fun roasting the lefties who turn out for O'Rourke, but he saves his best material for dragging Cruz within an inch of his life.

Northern Ireland’s Ryan Burnett Loses Title Due To Mid-Fight Back Injury
Burnett was able to survive the round, but was unable to continue due to a freak hip injury. "Burnett is an incredible fighter". Should Donaire score a win, he will join Manny Pacquiao, Jerwin Ancajas and Vic Saludar the country's reigning world champions.

"Nobody should be yelling at this man in a public place", Triumph said, mocking calls for civility after Cruz was shouted out of a Washington, D.C. restaurant. Without giving them all away, here are the seven sickest burns Triumph lands on Ted Cruz. He finishes the interview by saying, "what does Ted Cruz have that you don't have, aside from the ability to regenerate his tail?" Triumph asks someone in the crowd at a Cruz rally.

After interviewing the candidates, Triumph joined in with Cruz supporters to chant that he is a "lion of the Senate". I'm not overwhelming scientific evidence of global warming!" and "Ted, quick question! "Is that covered under the GOP healthcare plan?"

"Because he represents everything that Donald Trump isn't", the voter insisted. "I support spaying and neutering, just like Trump did to you", Triumph quickly shot back, adding his trademark catchphrase, "I kid!"
