Ryan Reynolds Goes After Hugh Jackman in Mock Political Ad - Watch Here!

Hugh Jackman once again appears to be the focus of fellow actor Ryan Reynolds' off-kilter sense of humor, with the "Deadpool" star releasing a mock political ad about "The Greatest Showman".

As amusing as it is, it's very clear the video is a quirky promo forThe Front Runner - in the film Jackman stars as the aforementioned Hart, one of the USA presidential candidates in 1988, who's dreams of entering the White House were dashed when his affair with Donna Rice became a public scandal.

Ryan says in the video that Jackman appears to have "fooled some people into thinking that he deserves an award".

Oscar® nominee Hugh Jackman stars as the charismatic politician Gary Hart for Academy Award®-nominated director Jason Reitman in the new thrilling drama The Front Runner. "But before voting begins, some people should consider these facts".

He also makes at the piss out of Jackman hanging up his claws as Wolverine, saying that his pal "walked off the job. adding to unemployment". In the video, he says "think before you vote" - nothing too subtle there, eh?

He goes on to suggest that his Deadpool role is much more deserving of a statue than Hugh Jackman, adding: "Is this type of wonderful actor and nice person we want delivering a preachy liberal speech this awards season?"

Rihanna Reportedly Serves Notice After Her Song Is Used At Trump Rally
On Sunday, Rihanna also took to Instagram to endorse Andrew Gillum , the Democratic candidate for Florida governor. She's not the first artist who's been forced into blocking the President from using their music.

Jackman, who portrayed P.T, Barnum in "The Greatest Showman" and has repeatedly played X-Men superhero Wolverine, reacted on Twitter with his own video captioned "HIGH ROAD".

Ryan Reynolds likes to shade other Hollywood actors, but it's all in good fun, of course.

Ryan Reynolds' trolling days are far from over.

He posted a video on his Twitter account showing his dog defecating on a photo of Reynolds. Reynolds even once campaigned for a Deadpool and Wolverine crossover film.

This isn't the first time that the two have taken their bromance public.
