Spotify family account users can get a free Google Home Mini

Are you a techie who knows how to write?

This latest effort from Spotify is not really any different, save one very important thing.

Spotify management hopes that partnerships, like its recent agreement with Alphabet Inc.'s Google to offer a free Home Mini product, are a step in the right direction to adding new subscribers even if they come at the cost of some margin erosion.

Spotify had also disclosed in its public offering filing that it has leased office space in Mumbai past year and has 308 employees in aggregate in India and 20 other countries. You can also control playback, raise and lower volume, and like and dislike songs from the Google Home Mini.

The irony of that statement, and of what happened to Moorthy and her husband, is not lost on me, and it shouldn't be lost on you. He added that Moorthy had set up the tripod by the ledge possibly to take a selfie.

Looking through the terms, we couldn't find anything about how long your account has to stay active to take advantage, but it could be hidden somewhere in the original agreement.

However, a Music Business Worldwide report in June had suggested that major United States labels including Universal, Sony and Warner had held up Spotify's India launch by not providing music licenses for the market.

The really interesting part in all this is that existing users can cash in as well! . Spotify points out that its family plan is for up to six people, and Google Home can recognize up to six voices with Voice Match, providing access to everybody's account.

Today may be Halloween, but Spotify is waiting until tomorrow to give its family plan subscribers a treat.
