Harvey Weinstein Accused of Sexually Assaulting a Minor

Weinstein has pleaded not guilty to all the charges and categorically denied all allegations of non-consensual sex, allegations of sexual assault, harassment, or any criminality.

The complainant, identified anonymously as "Jane Doe", said she is a resident and citizen of Poland who met Weinstein when she was 16-years-old at an event with her modeling agency in NY in 2002.

Court papers filed Wednesday say Weinstein went on to harass and emotionally abuse Jane Doe for almost a decade and blocked her from having a successful acting career.

The Jane Doe has joined a class-action suit filed against Weinstein in December for an alleged conspiracy to cover up his numerous acts of sexual misconduct, according to TMZ.

The underage catwalker had just met Weinstein three days earlier at a soiree for her modeling agency Next.

Fegan said Wednesday's 250-page filing makes clear that the studio's decision-makers knew Weinstein was a sexual predator but "were making too much money and having too much fun to do anything about it".

Despite Weinstein's alleged angry response to Jane Doe's refusal, he apparently let her leave.

Doe alleged the movie mogul promised to take her to lunch to discuss her career, but instead took her to his empty SoHo apartment and "aggressively and threateningly" demanded sex.

"He told her that if she wanted to be an actress, she would have to be comfortable doing whatever the director told her to do - including losing her inhibitions and getting naked", the suit alleges.

Jane Doe kept trying to avoid Weinstein's advances but still try to get a job in Hollywood. Jane Doe was a virgin, and had no intention or understanding when she agreed to a business lunch that she would be put in this alarming position... "Weinstein threatened and pressured Jane Doe, saying that he had "made" the careers of Penelope Cruz and Gwyneth Paltrow and that neither would be working without him".

"He intimated that Jane Doe would never work as an actress unless she acquiesced to his demands", the papers claim.

'He then took off his trousers and forcibly held Jane Doe while taking her hand and making her touch and massage his penis'.

Anxious that Weinstein would try to do more, she allegedly screamed and he ultimately let her leave.

As it stands, Weinstein has been arraigned on sexual crime charges in a NY court.

After allegations against Weinstein surfaced in 2017, Mr Eisner condemned them on Twitter and claimed to have once "fired" him and his brother.
