Debbie Wasserman Schultz offices evacuated after bomb threat

A building housing CNN's NY bureau was also targeted in the incidents, which came just days after an explosive device was found in the mailbox at the NY home of United States billionaire and liberal donor George Soros, a target of right-wing groups. The packages were affixed with computer-printed address labels and six Forever stamps. And on Monday, a bomb was found in the mail sent to the home of billionaire George Soros.

Wasserman Schultz is the former chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee.

John Miller, the police department's top counterterrorism official, said at a news conference on October 24 that there was evidence to suggest that the person who sent the package to CNN also sent the packages to Clinton, Obama, and billionaire George Soros.

Instead, it was sent to the return address used on at least two of the packages: the Florida office Wasserman Schultz.

The addressees "did not receive the packages nor were they at risk of receiving them", it said. The FBI said it has sent the packages to its laboratory in Quantico, Virginia for analysis.

"The packages were immediately identified during routine mail screen procedures as potential explosive devices and were appropriately handled as such". When the latter package had a bad address, it was returned to Wasserman Schultz's office and that's the suspicious package there Wednesday.

She was expected to appear later with Clinton at a campaign event.

Chad Kelly was kicked out of Von Miller's party prior to arrest
According to a police report, Kelly allegedly said, "I'm going to go to my vehicle and get my AK-47 and spray this place". In addition to his release, NFL Network reported more details of Kelly's arrest and how the team responded to the news.

The FBI said the package intended for Clinton was found in the vicinity of her residence in Chappaqua, New York, but offered no additional comment, citing the ongoing investigation.

The White House said it condemned the attempted attacks, calling the act "despicable".

Many, if not all, of the packages contained the return address of Wasserman Schultz's office.

The device sent to Time Warner Center was constructed with a pipe and wires, according to a New York Police Department source.

The building's evacuation included offices for WarnerMedia and other Turner-owned properties like TNT, as well as a shopping mall and a Whole Foods grocery store located in the basement level.

"There's a number of devices and there's a pattern apparently with them", he said.

"This investigation is of the highest priority for the FBI".
