Patrick Peterson wants out of Arizona

The Arizona Cardinals cornerback has requested a trade, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Monday, citing sources.

CBS Sports NFL Insider Jason La Canfora has reported that Peterson is unhappy with the "state of the franchise" in Arizona and that he's asked the team to deal him before the NFL's trade deadline on October 30. But even for Minnesota's impressive front office, trying to find a way to trade for Peterson right now just seems to be too hard of a task to accomplish. McFadden added that the New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles have also shown an interest in Peterson.

National Football League analyst Bryant McFadden (who also happens to be Peterson's cousin) reported that the Saints, Philadelphia Eagles, and New England Patriots have all expressed interest in trading for the All-Pro CB.

Known for shadowing opponents' No 1 wideouts, Peterson has taken a different role this season in Wilks' zone-heavy scheme.

OPEC agreed in June to boost supply to make up for the expected disruption to Iranian exports. Higher prices for oil is a tax on the middle/lower class in the US.

Peterson has two interceptions, three pass deflections, a fumble recovery, a sack, and 35 tackles in his seven starts for Arizona.

Peterson was originally selected by the Cardinals out of LSU with the fifth pick in the 2011 draft. The report from La Canfora comes on the heels of a report he made earlier this month when he wrote that Cardinals would be open to the possibility of discussing a potential trade for Peterson. He has also excelled as a returner throughout his career.

The 28-year-old Peterson is under contract through 2020.
