Samsung’s Galaxy Book 2 opts for Qualcomm Snapdragon over Intel

For starters, it comes with an X20 LTE modem so the tablet offers 4G connectivity so you're always connected to data like your smartphone. This is a somewhat dicey proposition because while the Snapdragon 835 in Asus Nova Go I reviewed earlier this year offered tons of battery life, its performance felt a little too anemic to be considered a true everyday workhorse. Samsung will be selling the Galaxy Book 2 from November onwards for USD999 (~RM4,158).

It also makes the device feel much more similar to a Surface, though the Book 2's aluminum kickstand does feel a little thin compared to Microsoft's.

The Book2 - which measures 11.32 x 7.89 x 30 inches and weighs in at 1.75 pounds - looks sort of like Microsoft's Surface.

Carmelo Anthony on coming off the bench: "It’s challenging mentally"
Nikola Mirotic delivered 30 points and 10 rebounds in the blowout as the Pelicans led by as many as 29 points at one stage. The Rockets , who avoid long 2-pointers like the plague, watched Anthony take one in his first shot of the regular season.

"The way the world works is undergoing an incredible transformation, and users need technology that keeps them connected and ready for anything when they're out in the world getting things done", said Alanna Cotton, Senior VP at Samsung Electronics America. What Samsung is doing differently on the Galaxy Book 2 is going for super long battery life (with claims of up to 20 hours on a charge), always-on connectivity via built-in LTE, and actually including the system's keyboard and pen in the box at no extra charge. The only other device that we know of using this processor is Lenovo's Yoga C630, which we haven't been able to test.

Out of the box, the device runs on Microsoft's Windows S mode for hassle-free usability, but also includes an upgrade path to full Windows when needed down the road. That's something you'll most likely do if you want to use this for proper multitasking and productivity, anyway. And with the precise, pressure-responsive S Pen, you can create and navigate easily. There's an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, a microSD slot, and two USB Type-C slots.

With each passing day and new 2-in-1 reveal, it seems PC manufacturers inch closer in making their ideal Surface Pro clone, however, it looks like Samsung may have just nailed their version as they release renders of its Galaxy Book2. The Samsung Galaxy Book2 is always connected with Gigabit LTE**.
