'Real Housewives' husband Joe Giudice to be deported

Joe Giudice, former star of Bravo's seminal The Real Housewives of New Jersey, will be deported to Italy at the end of his prison sentence.

An immigration judge ordered Giudice, 46, removed from the United States and returned to his native Italy.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice, left, and his wife, Teresa Giudice, walk out of Martin Luther King Jr. The couple, who will celebrate their 19th wedding anniversary later this month, has been plagued with rumors of marital strife amid Giudice's prison sentence.

Joe, who is serving out a three year prison sentence at FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania, came to the U.S. as a baby, but never became a citizen.

Prison records indicate he is set to be released in March. The judge reportedly admitted he finds "no joy" in having to tell a family this news, and Joe continued to press his side. He never became an American citizen so U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer after he pleaded guilty to counts of fraud. He has 30 days to file an appeal. "I will embrace it the best I can".

Kyrgios suffers another early Shanghai exit
Dumusois called Kyrgios out for lackluster play at one point, saying his efforts were "really borderline" during the second set. Lahyani was suspended from his next two scheduled tournaments after trying to encourage Kyrgios during a match at the US Open.

While it's unclear whether the family will join Giudice upon his release, Teresa has previously stated that she "wouldn't mind" moving with her husband. "I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they've been waiting to hear from me".

"Many of Teresa's closest friends wonder why she has stuck by Joe throughout this process", an insider said. "It's sad, but. she'll put on a fearless face throughout it all".

The sources adds that Teresa is being "strong" for her daughters, "Caring for them and her father is of the upmost importance to Teresa right now". That's the only way she could go on living day to day'. It's just like, "Keep busy and don't think about the bad stuff". "That, we'll worry about when I get out". Since Joe's been gone, Teresa's grown into her independence.

Forced separation: While there have been rumours that Teresa may divorce Joe, she has always denied it.
