The singer later responded to her fans by thanking them and apologising for worrying them with her tweets, adding it's "just been a tough month".

Last weekend, Grande assured her fans that "everything will be okay", but on a Twitter spree on Thursday night, she told her followers she was yet to feel okay.

However, she continued, as she said: 'Just wake me up whe nim supposed to sing or whatever.

Ariana's messages come three weeks after it was revealed her former boyfriend Mac Miller had died of an overdose at the age of 26.

"And then Kanye stepped up, so he'll be there", he added.

"I'm antsy. can't sit still. i wanna tour now. yesterday i jus wanted to sit home forever but today i wanna do show and see's all v up n down rn. but hi. ily. i am working on it. i'll keep ya posted", she promised.

'I'm trying to get my work done and get back to normal and it's hard and i'm human and exhausted. sorry i let u in or anxious u. i shouldn't have tweeted. i kno better'.

The singer has had a challenging couple of years, which have included not just Miller's death but also the May 2017 terrorist attack on her concert in Manchester, England.
