Drake Sues Woman For Trying To Extort Him With Pregnancy, Rape Claims

When her alleged fake pregnancy plan didn't work, she went to NY police and claimed Drake raped her during their one-night stand. Police ultimately cleared him but Lace allegedly continued to demand millions of dollars for silence.

Drake admits in the suit, which has been obtained by TMZ, that he met Lace after a show in Manchester, north west England, during his Boy Meets World Tour in February 2017, and he claims afterward they had consensual sex and she "voluntarily and seemingly happily performed oral sex". "So I guess still in this era this is the new thing that after you tell a dude you pregnant they stop answering they phone!", she wrote on the social media site.

She demanded money for her alleged unborn baby and even threatened him with defamation after TMZ published a story saying Drake had never even met her. After the hookup, Drake claims Layla went ballistic when he didn't want to take her on tour with him and it was then that she created what he calls a "fantasy relationship" with him.

After Spade posted the text message, Layla briefly attempted to dispel it as a Photoshop job, but it appears as though she has since abandoned her claim.

Now, the tables have turned.

Rarely do we see the Brazilian served up a dose of his own medicine, yet at Anfield on Tuesday night, we saw exactly that. A goal-fest was predicted by many in this game with two swashbuckling sides going head to head against one another.

Drake is seeking unspecified damages for civil extortion, intentional infliction of emotional distress, abuse of process, fraud and defamation.

When asked "how sure" she was that she is "pregnant by Drake and not somebody else", she replied: "Let me tell you something, I have a child, I'm a mother already".

In response to the rejection Lace went on Instagram and began claiming that she was pregnant. After she refused to take a paternity test, her lawyer went silent, the lawsuit said. Drake says the whole thing was a scam. She made no mention of sexual assault.

Drizzy, you know we love you, but couldn't a lot of your woes be avoided if you just kept it in your trousers? He responded with the lawsuit that's now underway. Ironically, all of this messy drama has since led her to delete her account, which was essentially her bread and butter.

"What you gon do when they find out is all fake doe?" asked the other person in the chat. "Another mystery solved." Drake himself liked the post. According to screenshots provided in the documents, they continued to text for several weeks, with Lace even offering to fly back to Europe to meet up with Drake again.
