Nicki Minaj calls attack from Cardi B 'humiliating and mortifying'

While the internet was losing its mind over an altercation at a New York Fashion Week afterparty over the weekend, with Nicki storming out of the party and Cardi missing a shoe, fans started messaging Hennesey to ask her thoughts on the matter. Video circulated on social media showing Cardi B lunging toward Minaj and throwing her shoe at the rapper.

Nicki spoke on the incident during her Beats1 show, Queen Radio, stating that she was humiliated by the "mortifying experience", and she denied any wrongdoing.

The first actual thing I saw related to tennis on the TV was his first or second Wimbledon championship. It was even louder because of the closed roof over Arthur Ashe Stadium to keep out the rain.

It seems that Cardi B's beef with Nicki Minaj has become a family affair after the star's sister responded to the feud between the musicians.

In an Instagram post, Cardi B - who recently had a child - didn't call out Minaj by name but alluded to the fight and said she was sparked because her mothering skills were being disparaged. "I would never talk about someone's child or parenting... I was mortified. I could not believe how humiliating it all felt ... how we made ourselves look". "And it's so sad for someone to pin that on me because I'm the bad guy and they're gonna believe them". Get this woman some f***ing help. "She's been Cardi B, the bitch with the No. 1 record for one year", the rapper continued, adding, "Sometimes people put these unrealistic expectations because you make a certain amount of money". "But we did hear this woman say that nothing's off limits. because she has built her career off of sympathy and payola".
