Former Trump adviser says Cohen has lost credibility with secret taping

President Trump's former lawyer and fixer says he is now willing to cooperate with special counsel Robert Mueller. Davis did not immediately return a message seeking comment about Trump's claims. New York, where the taping reportedly took place, legally requires only one person's consent for such a recording.

"Cohen alleges that he was present, along with several others, when Trump was informed of the Russians' offer by Trump Jr".

Trump, his son Donald Trump Jr. and their lawyer have repeatedly denied that Trump knew about the May 2016 meeting between Donald Trump Jr. and Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya. "Gee, I wonder if they helped him make the choice", Trump said.

"It seems to me the worst that you could say, assuming that Cohen is telling the truth now, is that Donald Trump lied back in 2017".

"It's time for Donald Trump come back before the Senate Judiciary Committee to answer them, but this time in public, under oath", Leahy said.

In an email to Newsweek, Tom Mentzer, communications director for Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein, noted a statement from her that said if recent reports were true, "it would suggest that Donald Trump Jr. may have misled Judiciary Committee staff about the meeting when he was interviewed last fall".

The move was a response to European Union tariffs in response to the Trump administration's own moves on tariffs against Europe. As it turns out, it won't come until 2019, but the company has way more up its sleeve than just a single electric bike.

Giuliani was even more explicit in his praise of Cohen in May, saying that Cohen is "an honest, honorable lawyer" when ABC's George Stephanopoulos asked if he was concerned that Cohen, who is under criminal investigation by the U.S. attorney's office in Manhattan, would cooperate with prosecutors.

However, he pointed out that matters likely changed when Cohen's home and offices were raided by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and he does agree that there was probably more included on the released tape.

He also called raids of Cohen's home, office and hotel room earlier this year "inconceivable" and "almost unheard of".

"Arrived back in Washington last night from a very emotional reopening of a major U.S. Steel plant in Granite City, Illinois, only to be greeted with the ridiculous news that the highly conflicted Robert Mueller and his gang of 13 Angry Democrats obviously can not find Collusion...", Trump tweeted. "Did you ever see Mr. Trump be loyal to him?"

Trump also on Friday dismissed as "ridiculous" a report that Muller's team is looking at Trump's tweets as they investigate possible collusion and obstruction of justice.

Nunberg added that he doesn't believe the president has obstructed Mueller's investigation into the Trump campaign and Russian attempts to interfere with the 2016 election. How stupid and unfair to our Country....
