American pop singer Demi Lovato was on Tuesday rushed to a Los Angeles hospital after a suspected drug overdose, USA media has reported.

"Some of the information being reported is incorrect and they respectfully ask for privacy".

Singer Demi Lovato is in hospital in Los Angeles, in California.

Demi Lovato seemingly forgot the words to her relapse song Sober just days before she was hospitalised for a suspected overdose. "So that fact that she had six years. she's way ahead of the curve already", he said, referencing her earlier comments that she had been six years sober. "Our thoughts go out to Demi and her family", the network said.

After completing her treatment, she revealed that she had been struggling with cocaine and alcohol addiction and had been diagnosed as bipolar. She was scheduled to perform on Thursday (July 26) in Atlantic City as part of the city's beach concert series.

The "Cool For the Summer" hitmaker is said to have refused to tell paramedics what caused her to overdose, and no drugs were seized at her home. Their occupants did not stop to speak to reporters.

European Commission President Set to Face Trump and His Tweets
Joel Schreurs, a soybean farmer from Tyler, Minnesota, said the plan was a "good start" but not a fix that works in the long run. Trump also has been under pressure from lawmakers representing rural parts of the country to back away from imposing tariffs.

And US chat show host Ellen DeGeneres tweeted: "I love DDLovato so much".

Her ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas, Lili Reinhart and Ariana Grande are amongst those who have sent Demi their well-wishes after she is said to have been rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Hollywood. The singer-actress, who entered rehab in 2010, struggled with an eating disorder, self-mutilation and other issues. The singer has been sober for a few years after dealing with drug addiction, and recently made a song talking about how she wasn't sober anymore. Doyle points out that in 2008, Winehouse was named one of the "Villains of the Year", was the butt of several jokes about how she was probably going to die young, and that reporters mentioned that her achievements were overshadowed by her "tumultuous personal life". Her 2015 album, "Confident", earned her a Grammy Award nomination for best pop vocal album. But what is the medication and why would it have been used on the singer?

Her current condition is unknown.

First responders reportedly couldn't get details out of their "uncooperative" patient, and police apparently found and photographed some drug paraphernalia at her home - but there weren't enough drugs left to test.

Lady Gaga, who has previously opened up about her own mental health issues along with her battle with fibromyalgia, wished Lovato "inner peace".

Her fellow celebrities and fans also created a hashtag, #PrayForDemi, asking for supernatural interventions that'll enable her to confront "her demons" and battle them to a standstill. The couple has remained friends following their breakup, and remain supportive of each other. All of us love her and need to pray for her to get well. "Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey". "I didn't care what happened to me. It will never be forgotten".
