Carmelo Anthony to sign with Rockets, reports say

It is said the 34-year-old will receive a one-year deal at the league's veteran minimum salary of $2.4m.

Both Harden and Paul are reportedly excited to play with Anthony.

The three-team deal hasn't been officially completed yet because the Sixers are in the midst of making another roster move. Now the New York Times reports he is, in fact, planning to sign with the Rockets, but only after the Hawks trade takes place.

The Thunder had been exploring options for Anthony, including waiving him and stretching the $27.9 million left on the final year of contract over multiple seasons.
