Chelsea Sacks Antonio Conte, Set To Appoint Maurizio Sarri As Coach

According to the reports, Jorginho is set to cost Chelsea a hefty fee of £50m.

All that Leeds United can do now is sit and wait patiently, keeping their fingers crossed that if Sarri does become the next Chelsea manager, he will not get involved in the deal involving Blackman to Leeds.

Maurizio Sarri is finally on his way to Chelsea.

Conte was manager at Chelsea for just two seasons, leading them to the Premier League title in his first year before his relationship with the club started to go downhill despite an FA Cup win in May.

His intense training methods angered senior players and he alienated the board with a disparaging treatment of Spanish striker Diego Costa and constant carping over the club's failure to replace top players with those of similar ability.

Antonio Conte reportedly being fired by Chelsea on Thursday doesn't come as much of a shock.

He would then post his own Tweet saying: "Thank you Mister for another Premier League title and FA Cup". Great man, Great manager.

Those named Kevin Anderson are being offered a free "victory feast" for them and two friends - in honour of his three-set victory. The Swiss was heading into the meeting as a favourite, he had not lost any set in his first four matches of the tournament.

'We wish Antonio every success in his future career'.

Despite Napoli acquiring Carlo Ancelotti, Sarri's contract hasn't been terminated by the club and this has what delayed Chelsea's move.

But progress has been made over the past 48 hours and Sarri has agreed a two-year contract with the option of a third if an agreement can be signed off with Napoli.

The main reason for the prolonged saga has been compensation.

De Laurentiis has already confirmed that Jorginho is likely to join him at Stamford Bridge, but here are five other Serie A players who he may look to bring with him to Chelsea.

Piotr Zielinski, Jorginho and Lorenzo Insigne have also flourished with Sarri at the helm.

Sarri could be followed by midfielder Jorginho from Napoli, with Chelsea willing to pay £50m, plus £7m in bonuses, for the pair.
