5 things we learned from Theresa May's Brexit white paper

US President Donald Trump has lobbed a verbal hand grenade at Theresa May saying the British PM has wrecked the UK's exit from the European Union and killed any chances of a free trade deal with the US.

"I just think it's changing the culture", he said.

He added: "If they go a certain route, I just said that I hope you are going to be able to trade with the United States".

"I love the United States but I love getting along with Russian Federation and China and other countries".

London Mayor Sadiq Khan speaks at a vigil in Potters Fields Park in London on June 5, 2017 to commemorate the victims of the terror attack on London Bridge and at Borough Market that killed seven people on June 3. "I think he has done a very bad job on terrorism".

Ms Emily Thornberry, foreign affairs spokesman for the opposition Labour Party who has herself called Mrs May's Brexit plan a delusion, said Mr Trump had been "extraordinarily rude".

"I think he has done a bad job on crime, if you look, all of the awful things going on there, with all of the crime that is being brought in", Trump said of Khan.

The mayor of London defended his decision to allow protesters to fly a giant "Trump baby" blimp over the city during President Donald Trump's visit, saying disagreement was part of a fundamental freedom.

Trump reportedly wants to switch up the current design into something that "looks more American" and is not a "Jackie Kennedy color", according to Axios, which first reported the redesign story.

Those named Kevin Anderson are being offered a free "victory feast" for them and two friends - in honour of his three-set victory. The Swiss was heading into the meeting as a favourite, he had not lost any set in his first four matches of the tournament.

Theresa May and Donald Trump enter Blenheim Palace for a dinner hosted by the British prime minister on the first day of the USA president's visit to Britain.

The question is, what kind of influence does President Trump have here in the United Kingdom?

Trump also issued a warning to the European Union, telling it to "be very careful" of increasing immigration into the region, as he described a global backlash to migration.

When it was suggested that he was referring to simply walking away from the talks, Mr. Trump said no.

The Trumps arrived at Stansted Airport near London on Air Force One earlier that afternoon for the controversial trip to Britain. "I think he has done a bad job on crime, if you look, all of the frightful things going on there, with all of the crime that is being brought in".

"I guess when they put out blimps to make me feel unwelcome, no reason for me to go to London". He then reminded the press that his mother was from Scotland.

Mr Trump is due to meet Vladimir Putin, who has rejected the nerve agent claims, at a summit when he finishes his four-day visit to Britain.

However, his trip is set to be overshadowed by news that a USA federal grand jury has indicted 12 military intelligence officers on charges of hacking the computer networks of 2016 Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and the Democratic Party.

"Well, I think the deal that she is striking is not what the people voted on", Trump said in the interview. "I get along with her very nicely".
