Pacman Jones attacked by airport employee in Atlanta

Atlanta Police spokesman Jarius Daugherty says Jones confronted ABM Industries employee Frank Ragin after Ragin made a "gesture" toward the football player Tuesday night at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Jones approached Ragin and a verbal altercation ensued. Jones, 34, promptly removed his backpack and gave Ragin the business. According to police who spoke with TMZ, Ragin was the primary aggressor in the altercation and was arrested on two counts of battery.

Ryan Gaydos is an editor for Fox News. Ragin also struck Jones' female companion, causing an injury to her hand.

TMZ Sports obtained the video, which shows the airport employee verbally accosting and then physically attacking Jones. Jones and his companion declined medical attention while Ragin was taken to the hospital. TMZ Sports reports that cops responded shortly after the brawl and arrested Ragin on two counts of battery, claiming he was the instigator and Jones was simply defending himself.

Most recently, in January 2017, Jones was arrested in Cincinatti for disorderly conduct, harassment with a bodily substance, and assault.

When he was drafted into NFL, Jones was on probation for a fight in West Virginia. But Dallas released Jones based on his alleged involvement in a strip club shooting in Atlanta and he played the 2009 season in Canada.
