Zlatko Dalic: 'We can stop Harry Kane'

Croatia coach Zlatko Dalic has said his side can cope with Harry Kane in Wednesday's World Cup semi-final against England.

"The best leader of the line in the world". He had a great attitude.

"I wanted to showcase that I am a football fan, like everyone else; I wanted to support the team among other fans in the stands".

"He's just been unbelievable, his confidence has grown. We should continue to show that belief against Croatia - we've got a real chance". "It's an unbelievable achievement from all the lads".

And Kane's red-hot form has made council worker Danny, 26, a celebrity in his own right with fans posing for photos and videos whenever he is out and about. "He's a proper good guy".

For a country like Croatia, with a population of little over four million, to be in the semi-finals of the World Cup is a remarkable achievement.

He said: "I'm in a win-win situation - basically, one of them is going to end up in the final".

Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrive in Ireland on first global trip
Meghan paired the look with Paul Andrew heels in black suede, diamond earrings from Birks, and a sleek, center-parted bun. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex began their first official global visit together when they arrived in Ireland on Tuesday.

Cherchesov had gone into the tournament as a much-maligned coach, with the team on a run of seven games without a win and as the lowest-ranked team in the tournament.

"You can't say it publicly and both managers still probably wouldn't admit it, I don't care whether they do or not".

"And if I'm Martinez, I'd be thinking "bloody hell, we've won the game but now look where we are".

Danny has a holiday home in Leysdown on the Isle of Sheppey which he visits every weekend, and said the majority of his friends live in Minster, Queenborough, Gillingham and Strood. I think we can do it. Anything can happen then.

"In the second half and in extra time we dominated, we should have finished the job before penalties, but maybe it's written in the stars that we have to go through the extra drama", he added.

Two years ago they were knocked out of Euro 2016 after conceding a late goal in extra-time against Portugal.

"If you're asking me a question in a one-off final can we do it?"
