Fallout 5 Will Focus on Single Player

"You can not do cross-play in 76", Bethesda's Todd Howard told in an interview.

He didn't reveal whether Fallout 76 would be getting cross play between either console and PC, but it's likely that it'll either be all-or-nothing when Fallout 76 releases on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 14.

Media outlets that requested for further comments from Bethesda were told that the publisher had nothing more to add, making it seem final that Fallout 76 will have no cross-play. "It's not something that we are exploring right now", said Howard. Howard simply responded that Sony is "not as helpful as everyone would like". The news of Fallout: 76 being locked from cross-play comes shortly after the Fortnite fiasco when eager Switch players discovered they couldn't access their Fortnite account if the account was connected to the PlayStation Network. For well over a year, from games to Rocket League to Fortnite, Sony has declined crossplay requests from Nintendo and Microsoft.

Since we already know the features of the Zenfone 5Z , we have a fair idea of what to expect from the upcoming smartphone . Under the hood, there's a 3,300mAh battery that comes with AI-backed fast charging technology, which we are keen to test.

This criticism of Sony's handling of cross-play has now seeped into the world of Fallout 76.

Without going any further, Shawn Layden himself, Sony America CEO, said a few days ago that all the possibilities are on the company's table. In a joint commercial, two players are shown playing Minecraft together from the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.

When asked by German publication about the potential for Fallout 76 Cross Play, Howard did away with corporate nuance and directly called out Sony's unwillingness to aid developers. Going back to Fortnite, there was also the unusual case where PS4 and Xbox One cross-play existed for a brief moment due to a "server error" on Epic's part - which might have been a ploy by the studio just to show how easy and seamless it was to implement. Bethesda's upcoming game in the famous series of Fallout is coming very close, and here are all the details that you must know before you buy the game.
