Melania Trump's 'don't care' jacket in spotlight after visiting migrant children

First Lady Melania Trump paid a visit to the US-Mexico border on Thursday to tour the "tender age homes" that shelter children who have been separated from their parents whilst trying to cross countries.

First Lady Melania Trump has been criticised for the choice of her jacket worn on a trip to a migrant child detention centre in Texas.

Melania Trump's spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham, was asked to about the message on the clothing.

The president's wife wore a different pale yellow jacket when the plane landed in McAllen, Texas, for a visit to the Upbring New Hope Children's Center, which houses 55 migrant children.

Photos taken as she boarded the plane at Andrews airbase didn't capture the jacket's full text, but it seems to be the same as the one that costs $39 and is available from the Zara website.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Melania headed to Texas on Thursday to meet with the many migrant children who were forcibly separated from their parents under her husband's command.

President Trump signed an executive order on Wednesday, ending the separation of children from their parents at the Mexican border.

The way they played in the second half is not promising for the next few games in the tournament but in the first half, they created so many chances.

Spokesperson Ms Grisham says the unannounced visit "was 100 percent her [Melania's] idea".

But upon returning to the White House she sported the jacket once more, despite stifling heat and humidity in the Washington region.

Did NOBODY think to tell her that wearing this was a awful idea?? As the images were beamed around the world, the message was also in full view of her husband, a vociferous viewer of cable news.

Wildfang had its version of the jacket, with its slogan on the back, for sale online the same day as the first lady's visit, McIlroy told the Thomson Reuters Foundation.

"Within a few hours, we decided as a team we wanted to do something", Wildfang CEO Emma McIlroy told Glamour. "Do U?" on the back. Conservative social media stars Diamond and Silk said on Fox and Friends that Melania Trump's wardrobe choice was not a mistake.

She changed into sneakers before landing in Texas, but people still questioned her decision. If the media would spend more time and effort talking about what she does and about her efforts to help children, not for discussion of clothing, we would have achieved much more for these children", Grisham wrote in his Twitter, adding to my post two hashtags: "#Areserve and #Toprosecute.
