Clippers have a starting point in trade talks for Kawhi Leonard

We explore a few potential trade packages they can pull together. Right now, Kawhi is considered a top-tier player in the National Basketball Association due to his ability to efficiently produce on both ends of the floor.

There's still a lot of offseason left, and the reporting around the Leonard situation, and the betting lines it influences, are both likely to continue to evolve in somewhat unpredictable ways.

There is no shortage of National Basketball Association teams that are interested in acquiring San Antonio Spurs forward Kawhi Leonard, it just remains to be seen which team can come up with the best package for the 26-year old All-Star.

Leonard has one season remaining on his contract with the Spurs and is believed to prefer a trade to the Los Angeles Lakers. It was reported by multiple outlets Friday that Leonard wants to be traded by the Spurs.

According to National Basketball Association reporter Chris Sheridan, there is a "0 percent chance" Gregg Popovich and the Spurs will entertain the idea of trading Leonard to the Los Angeles Lakers or any other Western Conference team.

Heather Locklear 'hospitalised for psychiatric evaluation'
As far this case, her publicist simply says the actress is on hiatus and has no information other than that about the situation. The Ventura County Sheriff's Office and Fire Department both responded to Locklear's home at approximately 3:50 p.m.

The Clips are reportedly willing to offer forward Tobias Harris and a draft pick for Leonard. Cleveland would risk losing Leonard as a free agent in 2019 if he doesn't sign an extension.

Money talks, however, in this case, it seems to not matter much to Leonard.

While Wilson Chandler, the Nuggets main starter at the position last season, has served the Nuggets well in his eight years on the team, he has hit the wrong side of 30, and it showed in his play this past year. With two Defensive Player of the Year awards, he would significantly improve what was one of the league's worst defenses in 2018. Leonard's become a terrific three-point shooter in recent seasons, and he'd have plenty of open looks by sharing the court with James.

According to reports, the Spurs learned of Leonard's trade request via social media.
