Sadio Mane addresses Liverpool future following claims of Real Madrid move

Mane was fully expected to stay at Liverpool beyond the summer until shock reports emerged of Real Madrid taking an interest in the 26-year-old.

Mane is one of the consistent performers in the Premier League since his arrival in 2016.

"I am very happy in Liverpool and my contract will last for three more years, but you never know what will happen in the future".

Real Madrid went on to win the match 3-1 but despite that disappointment, Mane says he wants to stay at Liverpool.

Sarah Sanders responds to report that she is leaving White House
Sanders has reportedly told friends that she plans to leave the administration by the end of the year. Sanders has been the White House press secretary for less than a year.

Mane scored 20 goals and provided nine assists in 44 games for Jurgen Klopp's side across all competitions this season.

He has formed a potent attacking force alongside Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah which has the potential to help Liverpool to even greater heights in the seasons to come. To be honest, I am very happy to be playing this tournament together with my team. In the interview, Sadio Mane said that he is happy with the Reds at the moment.

But for now, the forward will be focussed on the World Cup, where he will be the star man for Senegal, who play Poland, Colombia and Japan in their group. The defeat is but ticked off. "The whole club worked hard for this Champions League title, but Real Madrid were the better team that day", he added.

Senegal stand a strong chance of progressing to the round of 16, which would be an impressive feat considering this is their first time in the World Cup since 2002 and only their second in history.
